provide training services that help users embrace the new tools to accomplish their
tasks fasters and more efficiently. MSP breadth of experience includes:

MSP training services include:
- Defining user groups and individuals to be trained. Developing
a scope of the training to be provided as well as a high-level curriculum.
- Preparing training material. Curriculum specifics are developed
based on the workflows and application interfaces used by the specific installation.
The curriculum typically is a combination of MSP prepared documentation, vendor-supplied
material and application screen images.
- Creating and managing training schedules. As necessary, certain
training topics will be repeated on the schedule to ensure adequate coverage for
people working different shifts. MSP provides class attendee lists and, if required,
attendee test documentation.
