Documentation, acceptance testing and training
|
During the course of multiple client engagements, MSP has developed a SQL database to
document jobs, tasks, applications, and workgroups comprising current and future
workflows.
The database is used to centralize all workflow-related documentation
that is accessible to all project participants. As new workflows are developed,
the data is used to document use cases, which are subsequently repurposed for defining
test cases and developing training manuals.
